I got my Macbook about 3 weeks ago and am absolutely loving it. I had been wanting to move to Mac for quite some time, especially since most of my friends and colleagues have been using Macs for years. I thought I was the last person on earth who didn’t have one! It is everything I thought it would be and more. I’ve had no trouble whatsoever and everything is pretty easy to use and learn. There are so many awesome features. Plus, it’s just fun! Farewell, PC. It was nice knowin’ ya!

If you’re ever in Atlanta, you have to eat a meal at OK Cafe. I’ve only been twice so far, thanks to my friend and fellow staff member at Grace, Terry Ross. Our church is in Athens and we’ve gone to ATL a couple of times for hospital visits and both times we had lunch at OK. It’s an old-school style diner that’s been there since the mid-80s with down home cooking. Incredible down home cooking. We’re talking country fried steak, macaroni and cheese, and…collard greens! Trust me, you want to go.

All I can say is, “Wow!!!” I mean, come on!!! What an incredible game last night. It had to be the upset of the century. Nobody thought they could do it. I honestly can say I really believed they could. It’s football, anything can happen. The Pats could have and should have been beaten at least 4 times during the regular season. All I’ve heard for weeks and weeks was “perfect season, 16-0, 17-0, 18-0, Brady this, Moss that” until I’d had enough. Suffice it to say there is no doubt the Patriots are an amazing team, and hats off to them for going 18-0. Not many teams are able to do that. I just have a bad taste in my mouth from the whole “videotaping scandal” and I just love a good comeback story.Having lived in Indianapolis nearly three years, I became a huge Colts fan…maybe more a Tony Dungy fan than anything else, but you can’t live in Indy and not be a Colts fan. It’s infectious. So, by the same token, if you’re a Colts fan, especially if you live in Indy, you DO NOT like the Patriots, long-time nemesis of the Colts. If you’re a Colts fan, you want ANYBODY to beat the Patriots and who better than the team led by Peyton Manning’s little bro, Eli…the NY Giants! If ever there was an underdog/Cinderella/comeback story this was it. And, I enjoyed every second of it.
